
how to book
Thank you for your interest in Charity Challenge. After reading the website, you should be sure if this programme is for you. Expedition places are limited and allocated on a first come first served basis, so if you would like to join an expedition, here's what to do:Select one of the available challenges, and look at the relevant details on our website to make sure you are aware of what the expedition entails. Before applying, check the website for the latest availability, costs, sponsorship levels, and departure dates. You will then need to complete a booking form & send it to us. When completing the form, please take note of the following:
- General: Complete all of the fields on the booking form in block capitals, and where applicable, as it appears in your passport.
- Payment Options: Choose either 'self funder' or 'minimum sponsorship'. Please note you cannot change your method of payment once your booking is complete.
- Passport: Your passport must be valid for six months from the end of your expedition, and have at least one blank page. If it has less than 6 months or has expired, please inform us in the passport section. In case the tour fills up, it is better to apply without this information and update us once your passport is renewed.
- Charity Support: Provide as much information in the relevant section, including the charity name, contact person's name and phone number.
- Medical: Please inform us if there is ANY further medical information you feel we should know about before processing your registration.
- Payment Method: Cheques are payable to "Challenges Unlimited" in pounds sterling ONLY. If paying by credit & debit card, please add 2% to the total amount being paid.
- Declaration: Sign (if completing offline) / Name and date the declaration at the bottom. Once successfully booked, we will provide you with in-depth expedition information, including a full daily itinerary, a country fact file, a question & answer sheet and a kit list.
