place a booking

You can book your chosen expedition by completing our online form. It consists of five-steps, your personal details, medical history, charity details, passport & NOK details (if possible, please have your passport details for this area) and payment details. If you do not have some of the information available now (i.e. your passport details), you can complete and submit your booking form online, and add or amend any further information by calling the Charity Challenge office on +44 (0)20 8557 0000.

The online information pack that you will receive from us will use the details as you enter them in this booking form.  Please therefore use upper and lower case letters as appropriate.

If you have previously booked with us online, and you book now using the same username and password, all of your personal details from the last booking will be carried over to this new booking. You are therefore requested to check the details thoroughly and to update, add or amend the details as appropriate. Please pay specific attention to your medical details, and confirm any relevant dates that may have changed.
