When a supporter asks you for more information about any of our challenges, all you will need to do is complete the contact form in your charity members area. This saves you the inconvenience of finding the right itinerary on our website and printing off sheets of paper, stuffing an envelope and posting it to the enquirer.
The enquiry response system will automatically send the supporter a colourful email with a full range of supporting information including an itinerary, kit list, fact file, Q&A sheet, map, image slide show and booking form. The supporter will even be able to book there and then online via the email.
This will all be presented in such a way so that the enquirer at this point will not have access to the main Charity Challenge site, and therefore will not see any information about any other charities. You therefore have minimal risk of losing their support to another charity.
The email will look as if it has been written and generated by you, and any reply from the recipient will come direct to you so you can build the relationship with the enquirer, and we only get involved once they book their place on the challenge.
You will even be able to personalise each email with your charity's standard welcome at the beginning, and sign off at the end. All of this is managed through your charity members’ area.
