Our business has grown primarily due to referrals from our clients. So if you have had a good experience, and believe a friend, family member or colleague might be interested in doing a challenge, please direct them to our website. If a friend that you have introduced to Charity Challenge decides to embark on a challenge through us, you will receive a free photobook from www.mymemory.com worth £30. You will then be provided with the details to claim your Photobook!

Small Group Booking -  discounts for group travellers 

If you can recruit 3 or more friends, family, or colleagues to join you on your chosen challenge, we will refund you £50 per person (on the 3rd & subsequent bookings).  You must recruit a minimum of 3 friends in order to benefit from this offer. Want to book on another Charity Challenge? - money off on your next challenge!

We value our clients and therefore we have decided to give £100 off you next booking on a long haul expedition (or £50 off on a short haul expedition). You must quote VACU when completing your booking form to claim your discount.

If you book as a self funder we will deduct £100 (or £50) from the invoice that we send to you.  If you choose the minimum sponsorship option we will send you a cheque for £100 (or £50) once your chosen charity has paid the balance of your challenge.

* All discounts and reduced pricing are applied at our discretion. From time-to-time we may offer reduced pricing on selected challenges. The reduced pricing applies strictly to new bookings, and bookings that have already been confirmed are locked into their original price and are not entitled to the reduced pricing. A booking may not be cancelled, and have the deposit applied to re-book the same or similar dates of travel or challenge at a reduced price. Only one promotional code can be used at a time.

**Important note on promotions

Please note: promotions are only valid for that specific challenge and are non-transferrable. We are offering the above promotions in good faith in order to meet the minimum numbers required to operate your chosen challenge. Should this minimum still not be met twelve weeks prior to departure, we will apply a small group supplement as advertised via the “small group supplement” link found in the payment options box of the relevant expeditions page. This supplement will be added to your final invoice. Alternatively, should numbers remain too low to operate the challenge, we reserve the right to cancel that challenge and will carry over 50% of the promotional saving to your chosen alternative departure date.
