The challenges provide both a physical and emotional experience, and you will come away with a greater understanding of global development issues and the impact they have on people’s lives.

Working in such an unforgettable and motivating environment alongside the local community you are helping, will ensure that the experiences stays with you forever. You will certainly have a greater understanding of your value system than you did before.

The challenges are usually no more than a week out of the office and provide genuine development work experience, otherwise reserved for those who are able to take a sabbatical.
