exclusive challenges

An exclusive challenge is one which is reserved only for your employees (and their family and friends should you wish) to join. You can allow each person participating to choose their own charity to support, or you can dictate that it should be for your charity of the year partner.
Many companies encourage their employees to join exclusive trips through their charity committee or specific interest groups from within the organisation. In fact since the launch of our community challenge programme in 2004, over 90% of the challenges have been corporate exclusive teams for the likes of HBOS, Coutts, Schroders, Saatchi and Saatchi, GE Money, Turner Broadcasting, Serco PLC, Lloyds TSB, Reuters, IBM, BP, TOTAL, Credit Suisse and many others.

Many companies have found that the bonding experience participants experience on an adventure challenge, can bring very real benefits to a corporate team. It is of course a very real training ground and people from all backgrounds are levelled to the same starting point as they all leave their comfort zone for up to two weeks, experiencing life away from their families, without home comforts such as a bed, flushing toilet, Blackberry, TV and radio, where they may have to rely on their colleagues when morale is low, or if they are physically shattered from the challenge.
