booking your charity challenge
You should have your passport details handy (you can still book without these details, but you must ensure you update the details ASAP), and will also need to provide us with your personal contact details, medical, next of kin, dietary requirements and any allergies. Once you have completed your booking form you will be asked to pay the deposit and (if applicable) travel insurance premium online through our secure server.

NB: Your place on the challenge is only guaranteed once you have paid the deposit (subject to availability and approval by your charity).
Bespoke challenges requiring no deposit payment:
If your deposit payment has been covered by an organisation such as your company, to book please complete the online booking form and then close the browser down once you have completed your details. Please then email firstname.lastname@example.org to advise the team of your booking. Charity Challenge will then notify your chosen charity of your booking.

If you are unable to book online for any reason, please download our booking form and send it into us at our head office. When using this form, please check which payment options are available for your chosen challenge, as some payment options may not be available for the challenge you wish to book for.
