Slovenia Multi-Activity Challenge

From landing at Ljubljana airport you can see why this little country just off the Adriatic is named the Gem of Eastern Europe. During your trip you will take in Triglav National Park, home to the rugged three-peaked Mt. Triglav. Standing at 2,864m, Triglav is the highest point in the country; the reason why its outline has been given pride of place on the Slovenian National Flag.
 
Your challenge is based around the tranquil Lake Bohinj. Lake Bohinj enjoys one of the most vividly picturesque and unspoilt natural settings. The villages around the lake are nestled on the wooded shores, with their charming alpine houses blending perfectly into the landscape. Small beaches are dotted along the lakeshore, perfect for bathing

You will begin with a trek to Savica Waterfall and enjoy views across to the Italian Dolomites. You will then continue with some fantastic night-canoeing on the lake!

Your adventure takes in rafting and climbing plus a cultural bike ride.  Stopping at the Alpine Herdsmen’s Museum you will enjoy some traditional cheese tasting before a relaxing afternoon on the lakeside to celebrate the completion of your challenge.
