Some of our challenges are operated exclusively in aid of one particular charity, but where you see the words “in aid of any charity”, you can raise funds for any cause that you feel passionate about, as long as they are a UK or Irish registered charity, and they authorise you to fundraise in their name.
We will help to get the authorisation for you to fundraise, so choose from one of the many charities on our database, or if you don’t find them listed, you can give us some contact details when you book and we’ll get in touch with them about becoming a charity partner.
Please type in the name (or part of the name) of the charity below in the ‘search term’ field below. If the name is a direct match, it will appear at the top of the results list. i.e. if you type Cancer, Cancer UK will appear towards the top of the results, British Cancer UK will appear lower down, and The UK Foundation of Lung Cancer Charities will appear even further down. So please try the exact match for the first few words to make it easier to find your charity. If you type a search term that is not in the name of the charity, but is in the description about the charity, it will appear after all of the above named results.

The Foundation was set up in order to enable us, as a business, to support the local communities within the regions that we operate. The charitable initiatives that the Foundation funds focus on helping the children within those communities, children whose futures are bleak or uncertain. Often, the support provided takes the form of education, as this gives children the chance to develop skillsets which can increase the number of opportunities available to them as they grow up. We also support a number of charity partners through the Foundation.

We are a Registered Charity providing Hospice at Home nursing care for adults, over the age of 18 years, in the last stages of illness. Our team of experienced registered nurses provides specialist end of life and palliative care for patients and support for their families. Kate’s Home Nursing works to support GPs, Community Nurses and other medical professionals. Working under the auspices of the Community Nurses we are able to supplement their services by providing nursing care with particular emphasis on effective pain relief and symptom control. There is no set pattern of care. Our nursing is provided according to need, from a few hours of respite for a patient’s family to all night nursing. Our nursing service is provided free of charge and paid for from our funds as a registered charity. We receive some support from official sources but have to raise most of our funds ourselves. “The moment our first lovely nurse walked through the door we knew we were all going to be looked after. I say “we” because that is what Kate’s do. They look after not just the patient but the whole family at what is an intensely emotional time. The nursing expertise from administering pain relief to bathing . . . was done with the utmost respect, care, compassion and warmth and was quite simply second to none.“

Key4Life is a crime prevention registered charity that works with young men in prison, those at risk of falling into criminal behaviour and those caught up in knife crime in England, areas include London, Midlands ,Southwest and Greater Manchester. Since 2012, our mission has been to break the cycle of reoffending amongst young men aged 18-30 and to stop teenagers (13-17) from going down the wrong path. We have a strong track record - the young men we have helped have a 16% reoffending rate one-year post-release, compared to the national average of 64%. In addition, 60% are in employment or meaningful occupation after one of our programmes compared to the national rate of 15%. Our work has been evaluated by the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) Data Lab – they found that as of January 2021, Key4Life is one of only 10 organisations whose work showed a decrease in both one-year reoffending rates and a decrease on frequency of one-year reoffending.

In the UK, 7 babies are stillborn every single day. Kicks Count aims to reduce the UK's high stillbirth and neonatal death rate by raising awareness of baby movements. While there isn't one cause of stillbirth, a decrease in baby's movements can be a key warning sign that a baby is in distress and 50% of mothers who had a stillbirth noticed slowing down of baby's movements beforehand. By raising awareness of baby's movements and encouraging mums to report any change in movement immediately it is estimated that a third of stillbirths could be prevented.

This is a disease that ruins and destroys lives. It must be stopped. Over the past 60 years, our research has made an impact. But kidney failure is rising, as are the factors contributing to it, such as diabetes and obesity. Today, we are more essential than ever. Kidney disease affects three million people in the UK, treatments can be gruelling and currently there is no cure. Only research will end this and nobody can do it but us.

KIDS FOR KIDS helps children the world has forgotten, children in Darfur, Sudan, who live lives of inexcusable and unimaginable hardship. Our key project is a goat loan – we don’t believe in charity, we believe in enabling people to help themselves. Children are malnourished in every village. Many have had no protein, minerals or vitamins for months on end which not only means lasting damage to them physically but their IQ is reduced, often irreparably. Goat’s milk transforms a child’s health. Goat loans are just one way we help. By providing an integrated package of sustainable projects which parents tell us will help them the most – projects suitable to the region which have both an immediate, and a long-term impact – we are lifting families out of abject poverty and transforming whole villages. To date, we have adopted 100 villages across North Darfur. Over 550,000 people whose lives have been improved long term in one of the most remote and inaccessible regions of the world, where violence is still a daily hazard on the walk to water. We are enabling families to stay together, in their own homes. In Darfur, mothers are forced to rely on their eldest son to search for work across the world in order to send money home so his brothers and sisters will not die of starvation. Because in Darfur mothers cannot feed their children. Kids for Kids transforms the lives of individuals and whole communities – but we desperately need your help. Many Kids for Kids’ villages are welcoming refugees from South Sudan. They know what hunger is and will not turn anyone away. We must help. Kids for Kids is different, we listen to what people tell us will help them the most. Our grassroots projects not only give immediate help to individual families – their children have milk to drink, a blanket to sleep under, a mosquito net to protect them from malaria, farm tools – we are improving the lives of the whole village, providing health care, veterinary care and, most important of all, water close at hand. Our midwives are saving the lives of countless mothers and babies. Because they are respected members of their communities they are listened to when they advise against FGM – this has dramatically reduced the incidence of FGM in villages. We even plant trees, changing the desert to green. Children are hungry, thirsty and at risk. We know we can change their lives, for good, with your help.

Kids Inspire supports children and young people recovering from traumatic experiences or dealing with emerging mental health difficulties within Essex. There is always a child at the centre at Kids Inspire, with the overall aim of making a positive difference to the lives of young people in Essex. Over the past year the organisation has seen a dramatic 49% increase in referrals, with presenting issues including; self-harm, suicidal thoughts, school truancy, depression, anxiety, aggression and withdrawal. These psychological/ behavioural issues often arise from underlying trauma, which could family breakdown or conflict, bereavement, abuse or emerging mental health issues. Assessment and bespoke treatment plans for referrals are prepared by a highly experienced Clinical Team and draw from a range of traditional and innovative evidenced methods which include counselling, therapy, mentoring and group work. Kids Inspire doesn’t just treat ‘symptoms’ but instead addresses underlying cause – which can often involve therapeutic work and support for family members - ensuring that the child at the centre has every chance of a long-term, sustainable outcome.

Kintsugi Hope is a charity based in the UK striving to make a difference to peoples mental wellbeing. "Kintsugi' (金継ぎ) is a Japanese technique for repairing pottery with seams of gold. The word means 'golden joinery' in Japanese. This repairs the brokenness in a way that makes the object more beautiful, and even more unique than it was prior to being broken. Instead of hiding the scars it makes a feature of them. We want to see a world where mental and emotional health is understood and accepted, with safe and supportive communities for everyone to grow and flourish.

The Rescue is not judgemental and 99% of the Labradors rehomed are much loved and only a sad change in circumstances has caused the rehomings.
