This exciting and strenuous marathon distance challenge of 26.2 miles will have you trekking around this stunning area of Oxfordshire following both the Ridgeway and Thames Path national Trails.
The prehistoric Ridgeway has been walked by drovers, traders and invaders as well as charity challenge participant! Set amongst surprisingly remote English countryside the views will hopefully make up for any tired legs.
To create a circular loop this challenge will also take us along the banks of the river Thames, passing water meadows and historic towns and flanked by the Chiltern Hills.
This challenge should not be taken lightly as the terrain is extremely varied. In total you will be walking for approximately 12 hours and covering 26.2 miles.
