At Charity Challenge we believe that Responsible Travel is about respecting and benefitting local communities and environments, and making our challenges more than just a one-way experience for our clients. Above all we want to ensure that local people benefit economically from tourism by employing local guides and porters, using family-run hotels and homestays where possible, and eating in locally-run restaurants. In addition to the tough physical challenges that you, our participants, will face on our expeditions, we hope to leave you with a positive impression of the peoples and environments that you will visit along the way, and at Charity Challenge we believe that this can only remain positive through acting responsibly.
