The challenge

A challenge of great contrasts, this cycling route covers 250kms past plantations, across waterways and through villages in the heart of Cambodia. Siem Reap from where we explore the famous ancient city of Angkor, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.  Built from 879-1191AD by the Khmer civilization, Angkor represents one of humankind's most astonishing architectural achievements and in 1992 was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
