Shine Bright Foundation was set in memory of our dear friend and family member Sarah Bennett. To raise awareness of Breast cancer, in particular Triple Negative Breast Cancer. We raise much needed funds for the research of TNBC and other breast cancers. We also provide holistic treatments for people having treatment for Breast Cancer locally to where we are based in Cheshire East. We also provide giftbags and comfort cushions nationally to those who request them, again to those who are having treatment for BC. Shooting Star Children's Hospices is a leading children’s hospice charity caring for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families. We support families across Surrey and London from diagnosis to end of life and throughout bereavement with a range of nursing, practical, emotional and medical care. It costs £10 million a year just to maintain our current level of care and only 10% of that income comes from government funding, so we rely on our supporters’ generosity to keep the service running.

We support individuals with sight loss, their families, carers and friends. We also provide advice to professionals, members of the public, community groups and anyone else who wants to make a positive difference to the lives of people with sight loss. We have a large network of local and national professionals who we can call on to support us such as GP’s, opticians and other charities.

Sight Support is a UK registered charity which provides support for people with sight loss in Hull and the East Riding. We believe no-one in Hull & East Yorkshire should have to face sight loss alone and every visually impaired person can enjoy the same opportunities and quality of life as those who are fully sighted. Our mission is to improve and enrich the quality of life for local people at all stages of sight loss, through the provision of a wide range of support services, enabling them to reach their full potential and lead independent lives. We currently support more than 2,300 local people with a range of visual impairments and work closely in partnership with local authorities, other local charities and a variety of support groups to provide the most appropriate support to suit each individual’s specific needs. We receive no government funding and rely on donations and gifts in wills to continue our work.

For over 60 years Sightsavers has been restoring sight and improving the lives of people who are irreversibly blind in some of the world's poorest countries. We work with partners in over 30 countries to prevent blindness, restore sight and advocate for social inclusion and equal rights for people who are blind and visually impaired. In the six decades since its foundation, Sightsavers has: - Treated over 206.8 million people for blinding and potentially blinding conditions - Carried out over 7.1 million operations to restore sight - Trained almost 0.5 million primary eye care workers - Carried out rehabilitation training to 91,000 people Do a challenge event for Sightsavers and you can help make a huge difference. Last year over 500 young homeless people made their ‘home’ with us. YMCA Walthamstow is a supported housing scheme where accommodation and support are provided as a package. Our scheme is designed to help residents develop in all aspects of life; mind, body and spirit, enabling them to live with us then move onto independent living and sustainment within their community. We provide targeted and holistic support to single people aged 18 and above with housing and support needs, individuals who are homeless, vulnerable and/or at risk, people living with mental illness, learning disabilities or recovering from substance misuse or those who are fleeing domestic violence.

Simon on the Streets is an independent charity that works with those who have complex needs and cannot or will not access other services. Within that group the focus is on people who are homeless and rootless, especially those with issues related to rough sleeping.

Solving Kids’ Cancer support families affected by high risk childhood cancers. We fund the next generation of innovative research focused on significantly improving survival in children. We put the immediate needs of children suffering from cancer at the heart of our research funding. We can also support children and families battling cancer to access pioneering research, with a range of services including annual events like a Family Fun Day and a Neuroblastoma Parent Conference where they can meet other families experiencing the same and clinical experts in the field of neuroblastoma.

Somewhere House Somerset offers support through counselling and a listening ear to individuals families and children. Those with mental health issues and who need general support. We also offer educational workshops for schools colleges etc and run a five a side footy team. We have charity events throughout the community. all our counsellors are qualified and experienced.

SOS Children's Villages is the world's largest charity looking after vulnerable children affected by poverty, disease, conflict, and natural disasters.  We provide orphans and abandoned children with a loving home and a family for life in our SOS Children’s Villages.  We also provide support to families at risk of fragmentation in an effort to reduce instances of child abandonment and neglect. SOS Children's Villages currently works in more than 120 countries.

Since 1986, Soup Kitchen London has been a resource for the homeless, elderly, lonely and vulnerable in London. We provide free meals, clothing, toiletries and a sense of belonging to nearly 200 of our friends each day. Additionally, we recently launched Europe's first on-site mental health drop-in centre within a soup kitchen, to address our guests' mental health needs. With the help of hundreds of volunteers each year, our aim is to provide a nutritious meal in a safe and warm environment that welcomes everyone.
