Home-Start Kernow support families with under 5's in Cornwall who are going through a tough time. Support is provided through a network of trained volunteers giving 1-1 home visiting, as well as through groups that are available county wide.

Hope Against Cancer is Leicestershire and Rutland’s local cancer research charity. Hospiscare is the local adult hospice charity providing specialist care to patients and their families living with life-limiting illnesses across Exeter, Mid and East Devon. The mission of the InsideOut LeaderBoard is to smash the stigma of mental illness by publishing an annual list of senior role models including business people, sports professionals and public figures, who are open about their mental health challenges. When leaders share the fact that they experience mental illness it helps create a culture of openness that encourages others to seek help with their struggles. We look to create a ripple effect of more leaders "coming out" and sharing their stories. To date across 3 LeaderBoards spanning 2018-2021 have been published with over 200 senior leader role models; allies and emerging leaders. Since 2021 the LeaderBoard has extended beyond the U.K. We have a secondary purpose of disseminating best practice in relation to mental health in the workplace and inspiring other leaders to treat the mental health and wellbeing of employees as a strategic priority.
