CALM is an independent local charity for the Swindon area supporting families who have a child with cancer. Established in 1984, CALM is run by parents who are all volunteers. Its aims are to improve quality of life for the child and provide financial and emotional support to the families.

Camp Simcha provides support to seriously ill children and their families in the UK Jewish community. We help families with over 50 different medical conditions, ranging from cancer, genetic illnesses, degenerative conditions, premature babies, serious mental health conditions and much more. Camp Simcha provides 25 practical, emotional and therapeutic support services to the whole family, offering a bespoke package of care to more than 1,700 family members each year.

Every week in the UK at least 12 apparently fit and healthy young people die of undiagnosed cardiac conditions. Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) aims to reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death (YSCD) by working with cardiologists and family doctors to establish good practice and appropriate screening facilities to promote and protect the cardiac health of our young.
