The Passage provides accommodation, community, health and support services for those at risk of becoming street homeless, those who are street homeless and those who are victims of modern slavery. Our vision is of a society where street homelessness no longer exists, and everyone has a place to call home.

The charity was set up in 2011 after one of our rugby players suffered a life changing injury. Gareth is now confined to a wheelchair and needs 24 hour assistance. By raising funds we hope to give Gareth the support so that he can fulfill all of his needs. The funds will also be there for any other Stratford player has a severe, life changing injury, which we hope of course will not be the case.

The Pepper Foundation is a registered charity funding hospice at home care 24 hours a day 365 days per year, for children suffering from life-limiting and terminal illnesses, across North West Herts & the Chiltern area of Bucks. The care provided by the Pepper paediatric nursing team ensures that a child's life - no matter how short - is made as comfortable and happy as possible.

The Rosemary Foundation is a small, local charity based in Petersfield, that provides Hospice at Home care for people who are suffering from life limiting conditions, and who wish to spend their remaining days in their own homes. The Foundation’s nurses go out in all weather, twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Care and support for the family is also provided which does not stop with the death of the patient as the nurses will continue to visit the family. A counselling service is also provided as well as the opportunity to attend bereavement support meetings. The Rosemary Foundation works in close partnership with local hospices, the Macmillan service, GPs and community nurses. The Rosemary Foundation receives no statutory funding and there is no charge to patients and their families, relying on fundraising, donations and legacies for its income. ________________________________________

The Seafarers’ Charity (formerly Seafarers UK) have been improving the lives of seafarers and their families for over 100 years. We started as the King George’s Fund for Sailors, providing vital assistance in troubled times. Today, we’re evolving guided by the same powerful vision. Through our grant giving, we’re bringing about truly life-changing impact for many who work –or have worked –at sea, and their families. Alongside this we’re also using funding collaboration, research and advocacy to tackle the root causes of seafarer hardship and disadvantage in the UK and around the world.

The Shed Project was built and developed in May 2014. It is a safe place for anyone whose life is affected by their own or someone else’s drug or alcohol use. We offer a safe social environment that promises to support individuals in their recovery. Help and support is also here for those who’s life is effected indirectly by others substance abuse. The Shed provides a space for young people to call their own every week. From youth clubs, drop-ins and special events to one-on-ones, residential trips and youth church on the weekends, we run a range of fun and varied activities for all 12 - 18 year olds. Our trained staff and volunteers are always on hand to listen, helping to provide a space where people have a sense of belonging, feel safe and respected and where they feel they can freely express themselves.

The SMS Foundation is here to ensure no one living with SMS feels isolated or alone.

The Somerville Foundation (formerly the GUCH Patients Association) is a registered charity offering support, information and advice to young people and adults born with a heart condition. In partnership with UCS we have opened a dedicated heart research centre to find new ways to treat heart patients. There are estimated to be over 150000 adults who were born with a heart disease in England and Wales. The number is made greater with those living in Scotland and Northern Ireland. Over half will experience medical and social problems at some time in their adult lives. The Somerville Foundation's mission is to help people who were born with a heart condition cope with their condition and champion their rights within all aspects of life.

The Sophie-Catherine Mills Charity aims to raise money to provide lasting memorials to bereaved parents of babies lost through stillbirth or who have died in the first 28 days of life in Tayside, Scotland.
