The Mulberry Bush, established in 1948, works with some of the most emotionally troubled and traumatised primary school-aged children in the country. Children come to our school in Standlake having experienced neglect and abuse, usually with a series of failed school and home placements. We provide residential care, education and therapy, with the aim of helping the children to face up to their trauma and most importantly, learn how to have hope, believe in themselves and their potential for a happy future. These days, The Mulberry Bush is so much more than a school. We use our knowledge and research to work with professionals from all over the country and abroad who work with children with mental health difficulties as a result of early trauma. That might be other special schools, mainstream schools, foster carers, children’s homes and youth justice settings. The Mulberry Bush provides consultancy, support, and training to help them work more effectively and therapeutically with their most challenging and vulnerable young people and to support each other. Local authorities pay fees that cover the basic cost of care and education. However, these don’t cover refurbishment, capital development, extra therapy or any of the fun, extra-curricular activities that other children take for granted. Money raised can also be used to develop new services across the charity that enable us to reach even more vulnerable children, families and communities.

The Myton Hospices At The Myton Hospices we believe that everyone matters for every single moment of their life, we focus on enhancing life when cure is no longer an option; supporting people living with a terminal illness, and their families, from the point of diagnosis to end of life. We are leaders in compassionate end of life care; our work centres on patient wellbeing and involving them in decisions about their care. Perhaps most importantly we give our patients more quality time with their loved ones. We have to raise £11 million this year to continue providing our care. We can’t do it without people like you. Last year, we supported thousands of people and their families, in our hospices, via our patient & family support services, and in the community through Myton at Home.

Over 65,000 young people attend The National Children’s Hospital, Tallaght, every year. Having looked after young people for so many years we know how important it is to focus on caring for the needs of both the sick child and their families. The hospital prides itself on providing excellent care in a number of areas including, Endocrinology, Surgery, Radiology, Cystic Fibrosis, Diabetes, Asthma and allergies. There is also a very busy paediatric A&E department that sees over 30,000 children a year. The hospitals Outpatient department facilitates multidisciplinary care supporting its core services. Extensive research into the area of childhood illness is carried out in the hospital and Trinity College’s Paediatric Department is also based here.

The National Organisation for FASD is dedicated to supporting people with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), their families and communities. It promotes education for professionals and public awareness about the risks of alcohol consumption during pregnancy.

The NCC Benevolent Fund has been helping people in the caravan and leisure vehicle industry for over 40 years. We provide essential support to those that work, past or present in the industry. We give one-off grants during times of financial crisis. We believe that no one should have to face money worries alone, be it for small things such as school uniforms to larger items such as mobility equipment, and our aim is to keep people from suffering poverty.

The Neurodivergence Project is a UK-based charity supporting neurodivergent individuals through inclusive outdoor activities, counselling, and awareness campaigns. Built on lived experience, it exists to explore, educate, and empower people to thrive as their authentic selves.

We fund research with the aim of improving clinical management, developing treatments, and finding a cure for rare, terminal paediatric mitochondrial diseases, in particular but not exclusively PolG related mitochondrial disorders such as Alpers’ Syndrome. Challenge/Activity breaks including Adaptive Skiing, trekking and alpine canoeing. Respite holidays for beneficiaries and their partners. Christmas Lunches around the UK Drive-In events around the UK Concerts in Care Homes across the UK. Outings and visits to prestigious Sporting events. Provision of Televisions and TV Licences to those who are confined to their homes Provision of Computer Tablets to those who are digitally isolated Individual Holiday grants to those whose injuries prevent group participation. The Not Forgotten is truly inclusive in that it supports eligible beneficies regardless of Age, rank, gender, length of service and "Cap" badge. The Not Forgotten supports all injured serving and veterans of the Royal Navy, Army, Royal Air Force and Merchant Navy.

The Olive Branch is a non-profit Charity providing counselling for the whole community, regardless of race, income, religion, gender or type of problem. Presenting issues are predominately anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship issues which may include bereavement, separation and domestic violence. Through our counselling support the majority of clients are better able to manage their day to day lives. For some of our clients counselling can literally be life-saving.

The charity was set up in 2011 after one of our rugby players suffered a life changing injury. Gareth is now confined to a wheelchair and needs 24 hour assistance. By raising funds we hope to give Gareth the support so that he can fulfill all of his needs. The funds will also be there for any other Stratford player has a severe, life changing injury, which we hope of course will not be the case.
