Treetops Hospice Care provides nursing care and emotional support for anyone affected by a life-limiting illness in Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Treetops supports people with illnesses such as cancer, motor neurone disease and multiple sclerosis. It also supports their carers and families. All services are provided free of charge. The hospice has to raise more than £3 million every year to run. That’s about £7,500 per day. 70% of this comes from charitable donations and fundraising events.

Every day in the UK, 38 young adults are diagnosed with cancer, and we're the only charity that offers tailored support to this age group of cancer patients. We work to tackle social isolation and improve quality of life through and beyond their treatment, by getting young adults in their 20s or 30s moving again physically, socially and psychologically.

Treloar’s is so much more than just a school and college. We are a charity, and right now, around the clock, we are delivering outstanding nursing care, therapy, independence training and education to around 180 disabled children and young people aged 2-25. Trigeminal Neuralgia is an extremely severe facial pain that tends to come and go unpredictably in sudden shock-like attacks. The pain is normally triggered, for example by light touch, and is described as stabbing, shooting, excruciating or burning. It usually lasts for a few seconds but there can be many bursts of pain in quick succession. We are the Trigeminal Neuralgia Association UK (TNA UK). We provide information, support and encouragement to those who suffer this excruciatingly painful condition. Our aim is to raise awareness of TN within the medical community and the general public at large.

Trinity Hospice and Brian House Children's Hospice provide specialist palliative care to adults and children across the Fylde Coast and much needed support for their families. Turn2us is a national anti-poverty charity helping people in financial hardship access welfare benefits, charitable grants and support services - online, by phone and face to face through partner organisations. We also give direct financial support through the Elizabeth Finn Fund to people from over 120 eligible professions which last year totalled £2.9m benefitting 4,165 people.

Twins Trust is the only UK-wide charity working to improve the lives of twins, triplets or more, and their families. We do this through campaigning to improve health, wellbeing and developmental outcomes; funding clinical research to reduce the risks faced before, during and after birth; and by providing practical support and information for all families, including those in crisis. And sadly, we also support bereaved families through our Bereavement Support Group.  

Tŷ Hafan offers comfort, care and support to life-limited children, young people and their families, helping them make the most of the time they have left together. We need to raise over £3 million every year to provide this unique service free of charge to families in Wales that need us.

UCLH Charity - We're the official charity supporting patients, staff and research at all nine University College London Hospitals (UCLH) NHS Foundation Trust.

We are are here to improve the care for people with cancer undergoing treatment at University College London Hospitals (UCLH) NHS Foundation Trust. We do this by funding patient care projects, improving hospital spaces, supporting staff and investing in research - all of which the NHS could not otherwise provide.

As a community, we know we have challenges, particularly in engaging with a younger generation so that Jewish life is relevant to them. And with an increasingly hostile anti-Israel atmosphere in the UK, and the parallel rise in anti-Semitism, particularly on campus, young people need to have an even stronger foundation for their self-confidence as Jewish people. UJIA has been the key funder for youth movements, Israel Experience programmes, student programmes, and schools programmes for more than two decades. In all we invest £1.9 million a year in these programmes. We haven’t just voiced the truism that the future of the community depends on its young people – we’ve acted on it.

Unique Kidz and Co is a trusted service for disabled children and young adults based in Morecambe, Lancashire. Founded in 2009 by two mums unable to find suitable childcare for their own disabled children, the charity has since grown to support hundreds of families and has extended its services to provide support right up to the age of 30. We are a place to play, have fun, make friends and be unique!
