This youth charity began in response to a stabbing in a school playground in South London in 1996. 25 years on, XLP engages with approximately 4500 young people each year through 10 different and inter-connected projects and works closely with over 30 schools and pupil referral units and on over 25 estates across Nine London boroughs. We believe that through positive long term relationships and interventions, we can help young people to choose to stay in school and succeed, choose not to be involved in gangs, crime and anti-social behaviour, and to set goals for the future and to work hard to achieve them.

YG is a countywide youth-work charity that supports young people, aged 11-25, who face challenges in their lives. At a time when support services for young people are decreasing, last year, nearly 5,000 young people – those with disruptive home lives, care-leavers, academic underachievers, those with drug and alcohol dependencies, young parents/carers, young offenders, refugee and asylum seekers and those coping with mental health issues - turned to us for help in finding practical ways to motivate themselves, to develop confidence and to gain the transferable skills they need to get their lives on track.

YPS offers free advice (including sexual health), guidance, emotional support sessions and 1-1 counselling service just for young people. Our service is confidential and for anyone aged 11-25 who lives, works, or studies in the west of West Sussex.

Your One Wish is a children's charity who grant wishes for children who suffer from life-long disabilities, or those who are suffering from life changing debilitating illnesses. Also working with partner charities across the UK and the rest of the world, Your One Wish: Provides food banks and community kitchens across the UK with food, to be distributed amongst families living in poverty or experiencing homelessness. Supports the therapy of disabled children in Ethiopia, who would in many cases be abandoned, such is the 'curse' of disability in Eastern Africa. Encourages children to stay in school in Ghana rather than leaving to find work to support their families, by providing 1679 free schools meals each month (often the child's only meal of the day) and educational supplies. Provides therapy sessions to children with autism in schools across the UK, by means of horse riding lessons, music classes, sensory rooms. Refurbish schools in Amritsar and Jalandhar, ensuring youngsters have adequate conditions for learning, with appropriate water, sanitation and hygiene facilities. Bring 'Digital Classrooms' to life in schools across India, allowing students to heighten their future prospects, access the internet and experience first class teaching. Refurbish and/or supply sensory rooms, disability inclusive play areas, children's hospital rooms, youth centre accessible changing rooms, and much, much more.

The Youth Cancer Trust provides free peer support activity-packed holidays for young people with cancer between 14 and 30 years from all over the UK at Tracy Ann House in Bournemouth. These holidays are a complete breakaway from hospital treatment, social workers, anxious parents and a rarechance to have some fun and regain their selfconfidence and independence.

Zaindriss Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 organization, registered in the US and Sierra Leone. Zaindriss Foundation focuses on Agricultural development for ZERO HUNGER (SDG 2) and food security. Education for less privileged children and monthly engagement for women and adolescent girls (CIRCLE FOR GIRLS) (SDG4&5). WASH for safe and affordable drinking water and healthy living (SDG 6) and Mobile Healthcare for afford and accessible medical services (SDG 3) within Mayolla-Lal-Raton and its 25 catchment areas, Upper Masimra Chiefdom Port Loko District. We work majority with women of all sectors we serve and also provide a platform to give voice to women through monthly women and girls’ engagement. Our Agricultural sector is purely commercial and in light with this, we are working with female entrepreneurs across our project site.

Zöe's Place provides care for babies who have life limiting illnesses, special and complex needs. Zöe's Place offers palliative and respite care for babies from birth to five years old and receives very little central government funding relying on the generosity of surrounding communities to provide this service for families
