Camp Simcha provides support to seriously ill children and their families in the UK Jewish community. We help families with over 50 different medical conditions, ranging from cancer, genetic illnesses, degenerative conditions, premature babies, serious mental health conditions and much more. Camp Simcha provides 25 practical, emotional and therapeutic support services to the whole family, offering a bespoke package of care to more than 1,700 family members each year.

We provide Hospice at Home care and Serious Illness support in north Gloucestershire and south Worcestershire

Camphill MK Communities supports adults with learning difficulties and autism. Around 70 residents live and work together with the support and encouragement of staff & volunteers who help them live as independently as possible and reach their full potential. Our Milton Keynes setting allows us to work in partnership with others to deliver our innovative, exciting, and interesting workshops which include our onsite bakery which produces fresh bread, the Camphill Café and arts and crafts.

In 1969, the Canadian Liver Foundation was born out of the passion and concern of a committed group of business leaders and doctors who believed that liver disease needed a champion. With the help of volunteers, patients and families, researchers, doctors, donors, and corporate supporters who share our vision of a world without liver disease, we are bringing liver research to life.

We offer advice, complimentary therapies and counselling to the people of South Tyneside. We also have one of our directors who is a retired Cancer surgeon who can talk to our clients about their diagnosis.

Cancer Fund for Children is here for children and young people diagnosed with cancer or living with a parent with cancer. We offer support to families in their home, in the community, on the hospital ward and at Daisy Lodge in Newcastle Co. Down. Our mission is to ensure that no child faces cancer alone. At Cancer Fund for Children, we understand the devastating impact a cancer diagnosis and its treatment have on the whole family, and that beyond the essential medical care, there is a family life that needs to be rebuilt. Our aim is to empower, connect and strengthen families, so they feel equipped to deal with whatever cancer throws at them.

Whilst Cancer Research UK is happy to support most fundraising events and activities, the charity does not actively endorse people to participate in dangerous activities such as parachute jumps, sky diving, or bungee jumps, nor are able to recommend companies who undertake such activities.

We are a registered charity dedicated to helping transform the lives of people with disabilities through one of our amazing assistance dogs. Our dogs bring greater independence and a better quality of life by performing tasks that are difficult, painful or even impossible for their partners.

Every week in the UK at least 12 apparently fit and healthy young people die of undiagnosed cardiac conditions. Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) aims to reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death (YSCD) by working with cardiologists and family doctors to establish good practice and appropriate screening facilities to promote and protect the cardiac health of our young. By supporting CRY you will help save young lives from these potentially fatal cardiac conditions. CRY has many ambitious projects to enable it to provide the support and research to help save young lives. Care for Wild Rhino Sanctuary (UK) was set up for the conservation of endangered species. We work with others to rescue, rehabilitate and rewild orphaned or injured rhinos. We work to empower rural communities to develop sustainable ecosystems and development models. Through this, our work supports efforts to secure viable breeding populations to ensure the continuation of key species for our planet and future generations. In the past 10 years, Care for Wild Rhino Sanctuary has taken in over 120 rhinos, including 22 admitted with injuries. As these orphaned rhinos have grown, a breeding programme has commenced at the facility, with the first rhino calf born at Care for Wild in 2022. Care for Wild’s vital work is only possible thanks to donations, fundraising, events, adoptions and by publicising the plight of the rhino and other species, pushed to the point of extinction by the barbaric poaching that takes place daily in South Africa.

COPS is a peer support charity which looks after the families of Police Officers and Staff who have lost their lives in connection with their duty.

Carers Trust Heart of England’s aim is to support carers and those they care for by providing the highest possible quality, individually tailored care support service that improves the lives of carers, the people they care for, and their families. We provide integrated services that place the needs of the carer and the people they care for at the heart of everything we do. We support people across Coventry and Warwickshire.

Across the UK, 5.7 million people are carers, supporting a loved one who is older, disabled or seriously ill. Carers UK provides information, advice, and support to help the wellbeing of those in an unpaid caring role. Carers UK is both a supportive community and a movement for change with a mission to make life better for carers.

We provide a range of volunteer led services to support older people who are lonely &/or socially isolated. Our aim is to improve people's mental / emotional & physical well-being, help people remain independent for longer & enhance their quality of life. We provide 3 key services: Befriending - face to face, telephone Meeting Points - coffee mornings with extra support, advice & guidance Reminiscence - talking & musical to groups in care settings. Our operating area includes some small towns, but predominantly comprises numerous small villages/hamlets where public transport is extremely limited and facilities are minimal. The majority of people to whom we provide services live alone & have health issues, including sight/hearing loss, limited mobility and dementia. Many of them have very little contact with others and rely on the services we provide. Our main services are Befriending, Meeting Points and Reminiscence.
