We empower children and young people in Jersey to grow, cook and eat healthy food, in childhood and beyond.

We look to alleviate poverty in Zambia, Zimbabwe and Kenya through 3 main projects. Firstly by funding education through school and in some cases on to higher education. We also look to honour the elderly by providing supplies and care. Our Freedom Project empowers young women by providing sanitary wear and teaching on the importance of self worth.

Caring Matters Now provides support to those affected by Congenital Melanocytic Naevi, raises much needed funds for research and works to raise awareness of the condition. CMN is a rare disfiguring condition present at birth. There are also many additional medical complications associated including malignant melanoma and abnormalities in the brain and spinal cord.

The aim of CMHA is to promote positive mental health and to link people to, and support the existing mental health and suicide services in Carlow

Carr Gomm is a leading Scottish social care and community development charity (SC033491). We currently support about 2,000 people every day across Scotland to live their lives safely and well according to their choices, whilst making plans to achieve their hopes and dreams for tomorrow. At Cavendish Cancer Care we support local people who are living with cancer. We give them and their families the chance to talk in confidence and offer complementary therapies to help alleviate both the emotional strain of cancer, and the physical side effects of the illness and its treatment.

We support people who have been affected by a rare neurological disease called Cavernoma. A Cavernoma is a lesion made up of abnormal blood vessels. It’s most commonly found in the brain or spine and can cause strokes, seizures, or paralysis. The only cure is brain or spinal cord surgery. 1 in 600 people have a Cavernoma but only 1 in 400,000 is diagnosed every year.

Central London Samaritans, based in the heart of London, is the founding branch of the wider Samaritans organisation. Our volunteers provide confidential, non-judgemental, emotional support to anyone who is struggling to cope for whatever reason. We’re here to listen every hour of every day and have provided this support without interruption since opening in 1953 at St Stephen Walbrook. We respond to around 80,000 requests for help each year via phone calls, email and webchat as well as taking our services to vulnerable individuals at highest risk of suicide such as homeless people, people in prison, people in custody and those bereaved by suicide.

Centrepoint is the UK's leading charity for homeless young people. Together with our partners we support 14,000 homeless young people, aged 16-25, every year, helping them into work and a home of their own. We want to end youth homelessness in the UK by 2037.

Cerebra is a charity that helps families that have children and young people with brain conditions. Families where a child has a brain condition face challenges every day. Just to learn, play, make friends, enjoy and experience the world can feel difficult, even impossible. But we don’t believe there is any challenge that can’t be overcome. Our Vision is that every family that includes a child with a brain condition will have the chance to discover a better life together. The charity receives no central funding and so relies on the community to help it improve the lives of thousands of families and their children with brain conditions.

Cerebral Palsy Sport helps people with cerebral palsy fulfill their sporting potential.  It caters for all needs, from the first introduction to sport, to participation and support of national teams in International Competitions and World Championships.  The charity makes an enormous difference to the lives of people with cerebral palsy and their families.  The charity receives no central funding and so relies on the community to help it improve the lives of thousands of people with cerebral palsy.  

Chai Cancer Care provides comprehensive, professional and expert services to any member of the Jewish community affected by cancer - patients, their families and friends. Chai operates from 8 sites across the UK and clients can attend these to receive services. Clients who are unable to go to a Chai site can receive one to one services in their own homes, providing they live within geographical reach of a site. Chai provides telephone counselling and advice services for clients not within reach of a Chai site, across the UK and internationally. We are constantly updating and increasing our services to ensure that we meet the changing needs of our clients. We also assist clients when accessing NHS or social services care to ensure they receive the optimum services available. Chai does not have waiting lists and will respond immediately.  Each client at Chai is given individual attention and we can ensure complete confidentiality. All our professional staff are fully experienced, trained and accredited. Chai does not receive any statutory funding and is solely reliant on donations. We do not charge our clients for our services.

We support children and young people with complex neurodisabilities and health needs. We have a special school and residential units.

Participation in UK and Overseas Challenges provides us with the vital funds needed to do this, so we can help conquer cancer, together.

Charlie's Star has been established in memory of our son, Charlie Burns, to "Create Hope and Smiles" for bereaved families who live in the South West of England, that have lost a child under the age of 19, by providing them with a fully funded 7-day respite break in Cornwall.
