Cynthia Spencer Hospice provides specialist palliative care services for South Northamptonshire. At Cynthia Spencer Hospice we provide inpatient care, outpatient services, Hospice@Home, lymphoedema service and palliative care clinical nurse specialist service. We have two specialist Consultants in palliative medicine, a team of doctors and specialist nurses working within the Hospice and the community as well as in Northampton General Hospital and Danetre Hospital in Daventry.

CF Ireland (CFI) is a voluntary organisation that was set up by parents in 1963 to improve the treatment and facilities for people with Cystic Fibrosis in Ireland. CF Ireland also co-operates with medical professionals to give maximum assistance to both parents and children/adults with Cystic Fibrosis.   We are supported by fundraising and voluntary contributions and are solely concerned with the well-being and quality of life of Persons with Cystic Fibrosis (PWCF). CFI services include: * Provide funding towards new Cystic Fibrosis units around the country, including dedicated in-patient, day care and out-patient facilities * Advocate to shape government policy and campaigning to improve lung transplantation rates in Ireland * Funding for medical and scientific research aimed at understanding, managing and treating Cystic Fibrosis * Funding for specialist Cystic Fibrosis multidisciplinary posts in hospitals throughout Ireland * Provision of advice, information and advocacy services * Exercise, Transplant and Fertility Grants * Regular information updates on new treatments and developments in Cystic Fibrosis, especially through our website, social media pages and bimonthly newsletter ‘Spectrum’ * Creating public awareness about Cystic Fibrosis

Dandelion Disability Events is a Charity whose aim is to provide individuals with learning and/or physical disabilities and those with mental health a safe space in which a variation of events and recreational functions will be held. We are based in Cornwall and the majority of our themed events will be held throughout Cornwall and Devon for the time being.

Former Liverpool, Bradford City and Bolton Wanderers footballer Stephen Darby and close friend and British Forces Veteran Chris Rimmer have partnered together to launch the Darby Rimmer MND Foundation. Stephen and Chris both have Motor Neurone Disease and have created a Foundation to create awareness of MND, to fund and assist research into the illness with the quest of finding a cure for the illness, to raise funds and offer grants to those with MND, as well as creating a network to help provide information and emotional support network for those diagnosed with the disease.

Deafblind Scotland is a charity that works with adults who have lost, or are losing, both their sight and hearing. We have around 700 members throughout Scotland to whom we provide information, advice and specialist guiding and communication support where funding is available.

Losing your sight and hearing can be frightening whether as a child or later in life. So at Deafblind UK, our team of experts are here every step of the way to reassure, advise, and listen. We have been supporting people with dual sensory loss for nearly 100 years and empowerment is at the heart of Deafblind UK. Through our range of free services, we help people with deafblindness to build confidence and independence, to continue their lives beyond sight and hearing loss. There are nearly 450,000 people living with deafblindness in the UK and this is estimated to rise to 650,000 by 2035 – together we can make a difference, together we can help people with deafblindness live the lives they choose, with dignity.

Dean Farm Trust is a home for life to over 200 rescued animals living in 62 acres of pasture, woodland and paddocks in South Wales. Our animals come to us from all different backgrounds and situations which include: unwanted pets, neglect and abuse cases, animals rescued from slaughter, other charities and abandoned animals. Many of our animals at the sanctuary are extremely vulnerable and need extra care and support, some receive daily medications and treatments, regular vet checks, homeopathic and alternative therapies and special diets. Each animal is treated as a complete individual with their own needs, we ensure not only their physical being is cared for but also their psychological well-being. Residents only live with other residents they get on with and give each other companionship and stimulation. Our sanctuary is run by a small team of staff and volunteers, all are dedicated to the welfare, comfort and safety of our residents ensuring they have quality of life. We work closely with our vets, farriers, consultants and other practitioners enabling us to make the right decisions at all times for our animals. Dean Farm Trust relies entirely on donations, help from the local community and volunteers. We receive no government funding and have no fundraising or marketing departments. Our ability to rescue animals and offer a secure and safe life for them is dependent on monies we raise.
