The relief of the need of those currently in hospital suffering from or affected by childhood cancer or other illnesses, including parents/guardians and their families, in particular but not exclusively by the provision of: • packages containing gifts of toys, art supplies and essential items such as toiletries suitable for long hospital stays • play sessions aimed at children during hospital stays, Friday night Pizza drops and more.

FND Hope UK is part of the first and only global patient-led charity for people with Functional Neurological Disorder. Originating as a grassroots campaign, it uncovers the hidden world of FND and empowers those affected to live their best possible life. Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) is a problem with the functioning of the nervous system and how the brain and body send and receive signals. This causes a range of neurological symptoms such as seizures, weakness, paralysis and chronic pain. FND has multiple causes and can be triggered by physical injury, psychological or other trauma to the brain and or body. This stops the nervous system working properly. The disruption to the signals is like letters being sent to the wrong address, despite having the correct label. FND Hope International began in 2012 and the UK community launched in 2015. Today FND Hope UK is part of a global network spanning America, Australia, Canada and the Netherlands with members in 100 countries. FND Hope UK campaigns to improve understanding, working with those affected, researchers and health professionals. We support people to enjoy the best life they can, advocating for their right to diagnosis, treatment and care.

Foal Farm has been rescuing and rehoming neglected animals in and around Kent for more than 60 years. Our mission is to take in as many animals as we can properly care for, to restore them to health and happiness and where possible find them new homes, or provide a sanctuary for life.

Forest Pulse support children and young people with disabilities and their families living in the Forest of Dean. We provide exciting activities for children of all levels of ability and mobility and also support and advice for parents.

Forget Me Not Club provides support to not only those who are living with dementia, but also their carers and family members. Based in Banchory, Aberdeenshire, our club caters for in excess of 30 members who attend throughout the week to take part in activities, exercises and live entertainment whilst enjoying company of others, lunch, snacks and refreshments throughout the day. We do not charge for this service so rely entirely on donations, funding and fundraising events.

Forgotten Veterans UK supports veterans in need

A small self funded charity working with local Councils to rescue/rehome stray and unwanted dogs & cats. We don't have a rescue centre and look after our animals via a network of foster carers. All animals are neutered, vaccinated and microchipped before rehoming. In 2013 we rescued over 700 animals.

FOUR PAWS is the global animal welfare organisation for animals under direct human influence, which reveals suffering, rescues animals in need and protects them. Founded in 1988 in Vienna by Heli Dungler and friends, the organisation advocates for a world where humans treat animals with respect, empathy and understanding. In the charity sector alone, 90% of all donations go to medium and large charities that make up just 6.6% of the market. There are 145,000 small charities that are often in need of funds and find it hard to be noticed and access funds. Freedom from Torture (formerly the Medical Foundation for the Care of Victims of Torture) provides direct care to torture survivors and promotes their rights so they can start to rebuild their lives.  They have five treatment centres around the UK who between them have helped over 50,000 traumatised men, women and children since they opened their doors in 1985.

Freedom4Girls is a grass roots charity founded in 2016. We aim to help eradicate, educate and support girls, women and those who menstruate. Not only those affected by period poverty, but to spread knowledge to those who can in fact support others. Period poverty is a major concern still even in this day and age and even more so through these unprecedented times.
