Isle Listen is a charitable initiative providing vital early intervention mental health support and training in schools, the workplace and community.

We are committed to caring for our local community whenever they need us. Sometimes, it is the little added extras that make all the difference to the experience of our patients and that maintains the morale of our staff, and your support can help provide these. Your donations support the health and wellbeing of our staff and volunteers and provide financial support to cover non-essential items that are not covered, or fully supported, by NHS funds. People who use our local NHS services are our families, colleagues, neighbours, and friends. We are a close-knit community and that is what makes being part of the Island’s NHS a unique privilege.

The Israel Guide Dog Centre is dedicated to improving the quality of life of blind, visually impaired and disabled people. We provide them with mobility, independence, self-confidence and companionship through the faithful assistance of guide dogs, PTSD service dogs and emotional support dogs and specially trained in Hebrew to meet Israel’s rigorous and challenging environment. Founded in 1991, we are members of the International Guide Dog Federation and Assistance Dogs International and operate the only internationally accredited guide dog programme in Israel.

Jersey Alzheimer's Association was formed in April 2010. We are a local charity run by local people for local people. We are registered with the Jersey Financial Services Commission, the Income Tax Department and the Association of Jersey Charities (AJC) No 359. We are also full members of Alzheimer Europe. Jersey Alzheimer's Association provides help and support to people living with dementia and their families. We campaign for people with dementia to stay in their own homes for as long as possible with improved home care support. We promote Person Centred Practice in all areas of care and to ensure that people with dementia are treated with dignity and respect; we also campaign on their behalf to improve current services, and support them and their families in order that their quality of life is maintained to the highest degree possible.

Jersey Hospice Care offers a specialist palliative nursing service, free of charge, for cancer and motor neurone disease patients, in their homes and at Clarkson House, so that they may live the remainder of their lives to the full and die with dignity where they choose.

Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust is the UK’s leading charity dedicated to women, their families and friends affected by cervical cancer and cervical cell changes. John Taylor Hospice provides specialist care for people living with a terminal illness and their families. Our vision is a compassionate and dignified death for all.

Our vision is of a future where every young person aged between 14-35, regardless if their background or circumstances had access to the support and resources and an opportunity to have a heart screening. To ensure that heart health is prioritised.

Julia's House is Dorset's only hospice dedicated to children with life-limiting conditions. The majority of the children we care for are unlikely to live beyond the age of 18. Complementing the work of the Julia's House Community Team, which consists of 90 Nurses and Carers who travel the county, the children's hospice provides life-changing support for families both in their own homes and in the hospice itself.

Julian House provides life-changing and life-saving support for people who are vulnerable or at-risk across the South West of England. Our services reach the people who have been forced to live on the edges of society, offering them a route to something better. We support people who are homeless, or recovering from homelessness, with a variety of needs; recovering from addiction; adults and children escaping domestic abuse; refugees building a new life; prison leavers seeking to re-start their lives; and members of the Gypsy, Roma, Traveller, and Boater communities who are living insecurely. We take a person-centred approach, offering each one of our clients tailored support and care in line with their needs.
