Most people receive care from us in their own homes. Others with more complex needs spend their final days or weeks on our inpatient wards, or join us for periods of symptom management or respite care. Outpatients also visit our hospice for pain relief, physiotherapy, counselling, complementary therapies and community social activities.

MenWalkTalk aims to reduce the stigma around men’s mental health and encourage men to talk openly about their issues. Men often avoid seeking support, and MenWalkTalk want to change this. MenWalkTalk facilitate walking groups for men aged 18+, creating safe spaces where they can speak freely and benefit from peer support. Our walks are led by fully trained volunteers, and offer an alternative, accessible way that men can seek support, as and when they want to, in a low-pressure environment.
