Motivation is an international development charity that exists to make long-lasting impact and transform the lives of people with disabilities. Our individually-fitted wheelchairs and innovative training programmes are at the heart of what we do. The right to mobility, training and awareness empowers children and adults to gain greater independence and look forward to a brighter future. Over the last 20 years our wheelchairs and programmes have benefited people in 83 countries around the world. We’re working in 23 countries, including Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, Haiti, The Solomon Islands, Malawi, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia and Kenya.    

Motor Neurone Disease (MND) is a rapidly progressive illness and kills six people a day in the UK alone. It leaves people unable to walk, talk or feed themselves, but intellect usually remains unaffected.  The MND Association funds vital research and provides care and support to those affected by MND.

MOVE provide practical and online support to people living with and beyond cancer. We focus our services on children and young people living with and beyond cancer and also a wider age range through our new 5k Your Way, Move Against Cancer initiative linked to parkrun.

Move The World (MTW) is a UK based charity, founded in 2016, focused on community development and Global Citizenship education in the Ga West region of Ghana, West Africa. Our mission is to educate youth in Ghana to be active Global Citizens. We do this by delivering Global Citizenship Education programmes in schools and community settings, using the UN’s 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as learning themes. Students, young adults and teachers engage with each other in experiential activities to build life skills whilst learning about local and global issues.

Our mission is to provide support and useful information to people with rare blood disorders called myeloproliferative diseases, and their families We are also funding research toward better treatments and some day a cure.

We’re MQ, the UK’s leading mental health research charity. Right now, our understanding of mental illness is nowhere near where it needs to be. In 1993, a community in Nottingham, moved by the devastation of the Bosnian war, sprang into action. A small group of volunteers began collecting money, clothes and medicine for the people of Bosnia. Muslim Hands, an international aid agency and NGO, grew from this grass roots movement and since these first efforts, we have responded to countless more emergencies, as well as establishing long term projects such as schools, healthcare clinics and livelihood programmes worldwide. We are working in over 50 countries and have field offices in over 30 of these. By working closely with our partners and offices on the ground, we are able to distribute aid in an effective, efficient, transparent and wholly accountable manner and to make a lasting difference to the communities we work with. Dedicated to tackling the root causes of poverty around the world, Muslim Hands is passionate about working beyond the provision of immediate relief, towards supporting communities over the long-term.

My Body Back Project provides specialist healthcare to women who have experienced sexual violence. Based in London and Glasgow, our sexual health and maternity clinics are designed to meet the needs of women who, as a result of their trauma, feel they cannot access traditional services.

Doddie Weir OBE was one of rugby’s most recognisable personalities. He earned 61 caps for Scotland during a successful playing career, represented the British and Irish Lions on their successful tour to South Africa in 1997, and won championships with his two club sides, Melrose and Newcastle Falcons. In June 2017 the Scot revealed he was suffering from Motor Neuron Disease. From the outset, Doddie was driven to help fellow sufferers and seek ways to further research into this, as yet, incurable disease. In November 2017, Doddie and his trustees launched the registered charity, My Name’5 Doddie Foundation. Our vision is simple: A World Free of MND.

My WiSH Charity enhances the care patients at the West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust receive. This comprises of; West Suffolk Hospital, Newmarket Community Hospital and community services both in health centres and people’s homes across Suffolk. We fundraise for all hospital wards, departments, and services, supporting everything from emergency to the elderly, bones to babies, and cataract to cancer care. West Suffolk Hospital looks after a population of over 280,000, so raising money to help enhance the care the community receive is vital.

MyBnk is a financial education charity dedicated to creating a financially fluent population. We believe that financial literacy should be considered a right for all because the language of money is a language for life. Everyone needs to be able to manage their money. Yet almost two-thirds of young adults do not recall receiving any financial education at all, and 53 per cent are worried that they will never be financially secure. Poor financial literacy is central to many problems people face today, including rising mental health issues, homelessness and unemployment. MyBnk aims to bridge this gap, working with over 40,000 young people and adults across the UK every year, delivering expert-led, high-impact financial education programmes on topics such as saving, debt and student finance. We want to bring the language of finance to life so that everyone can navigate their money with confidence, no matter where they started.

Our teams take the time to really get to know the family and fully understand their wishes. We offer them vital respite support, giving them the chance to recharge their batteries and regroup in a calm, fun and welcoming environment. In times of emergency Naomi House & Jacksplace is there, giving families the help they need through difficult times. And at the end of a child or young person's life, we pull out all the stops to give them a peaceful and dignified end, surrounded by family members. This standard of care costs money; £7 million per year to be precise. With only 10% of income coming from Government and statutory sources, Naomi House & Jacksplace are reliant on the support of people like you. Thank you for your support.

The National Association for People Abused in Childhood (NAPAC) is the UK’s leading national charity offering support to adult survivors of all types of childhood abuse, including physical, sexual and emotional abuse and neglect.

The National Animal Welfare Trust is a rescue and re-homing charity with five centres across the South of England.  It is home to a surprisingly wide variety of animals, primarily dogs and cats, but also farm animals and small domestic pets too.  It provides food, warmth and veterinary treatment to those animals in great need of care, prior to finding them their forever home.

NASEN helps children and young people with SEND by improving the quality of education and support they receive. To expand our current SEND training provision, we rely on donations to ensure that more educators, schools and ultimately children and young people with SEND benefit from high-quality teaching support and resources, so all children and young people thrive, and learning is meaningful and accessible for every child and young person.

We are the National Deaf Children’s Society, the leading charity for deaf children.
