This incredible adventure pits you against the spectacular landscapes of the Lake District National Park by bike, kayak and on foot!

Trek to the summit of one of the Lake Districts most iconic peaks, the Old Man of Coniston before testing yourself on the off-road mountain bike trails of Grizedale forest. Then finish up by kayaking across iconic Coniston water.

Why not team up with friends or work colleagues and test yourself as part of a team? We'll even give you a tracking device and link it to an online site to allow people at home to follow your progress throughout the day!

If you're signing up as an individual then fear not! You'll team up with an adventure leader who will help you and your fellow challengers throughout the day.

Arrive early and enjoy a hearty pre-event breakfast. We'll include all snacks, drink and a lunch as well as a celebratory buffet for when you finish!

We are also including for FREE the hire of all bikes and kayaks, along with all safety equipment! We will also give you an NSPCC technical t-shirt!
