Are you ready to join the RSPCA for the challenge of a lifetime?
Beginning in Lukla, follow the footsteps made famous by Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay to Everest Base Camp. The trek slowly winds through the forests of Khumbu, traversing gorges and rivers, and through quaint Sherpa villages. The peaks grow taller with each bend in the trail, and the goal becomes clearer – Everest shadowing each every step. The higher you go, the harder the trek becomes, pushing you and your body to the limit. However, the incredible views and support from your fellow Team Animal trekkers will take your mind off things. Arriving into Everest Base Camp is a joyous occasion and one to saviour with new friends. Upon your descent, spend time exploring the chaotic, exotic and historic Kathmandu. This high altitude trek is not for the faint of heart, but our expert leaders and guides will ensure safety is a priority.
A must-do! The views are breath-taking, the people are wonderful and the trek itself is the most rewarding experience of my life!

Walking to Everest Base Camp is one of the most enjoyable things you will ever do. Beautiful scenery, beautiful people and a lot of satisfaction gained when you have made it to the camp and to the summit of Kala Pattar.

The mountains create the adventure, but the people in the group make the trip.
