Throughout this challenges you will also have workshops and hear stories from our Wellbeing Director Thomas Duncan Bell and our expert mental health facilitators Geoff McDonald, Petra Velzeboer, Marteka Swaby and Clarke Carlisle, who will all support you to understand more about who you are, how to be more connected human beings and engage you in how they are able to live a more sustainably happy lifestyle with tips and tricks they’ve learned along the way.
