In 2019 the Mind Hike celebrates its 5th birthday by heading north to Scotland for the first time! And what better location than the island known as 'Scotland in minature', the stunning island of Arran.

Arran is very easily accessed by both road and train in less than 1 hour from Glasgow. Whilst on the island we will be based on the north of the island in the coastal village of Lochranza, complete with its own historic castle and distillery, the trek will take you up mountains, along the coast line and around secluded bays as you challenge ourselves to work as a team by trekking for 24 hours. Easily accessible from Edinburgh and Glasgow, this trek is sure to test your physical and mental determination!
