How to fund your challenge

This page provides you details of the costs of your challenge.

The costs below are per person.

Cost of Challenge

The full cost of this challenge is £2,081. You will be required to pay the registration fee of £365 at the time of booking and the final balance of £1,716 which is due 8 weeks before departure (26/08/2018). You will receive fundraising advice and sponsorship forms from Kriya Yoga UK as part of the booking process, and you must raise a minimum of £2,300 for Balashram. See the Challenge Information and Frequently Asked Questions PDF for more information.

Flights

This challenge is ground only. This means that you are responsible for organising your own flights to and from Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). As a UK registered tour operator, we can organise a group booking for flights from London Heathrow to Kilimanjaro International. If you would like to travel with a group departing from London on the 20 Oct 18 and arriving back to London on 28 Oct 18, please email flights@charitychallenge.com to request to join the group. The cut off date to request a place within the group flights departing from London is 26 February 2018.

In order for Charity Challenge to book group flights, there must be at least 10 participants all travelling together. The reason we are asking you to confirm ASAP is to ensure that we provide the best possible price, and that we can confirm if we have the minimum of 10 people or not, so people can confirm their plans in good time.

If you are not flying from London or there are less than 10 people who want to travel on the group return flights from London, you will need to organise your flights yourself.
