This page provides you details of the costs of your challenge.

The costs below are per person.

Barclays Bank have covered the full cost of the challenge for participants.

Supports/Reserves will be required to self fund at £145pp. This will include everything minus the hiking, biking & kayaking activities.

Each participant is asked to raise a minimum of £250 for one of the chosen charities (Cancer Research UK, Mind, Care for Veterans, and Centrepoint).

Every pound that you raise will go directly to that charity.

Individual just giving pages to be set up by each participant. Each group will have a ‘lead’ and they will create a team just giving page for each participant to add their individual page too.

*Please do not forget to apply for your matched fundraising through Barclays Citizenship portal.

 

What's included?

  • 15% off Cotswold Outdoor, Cycle Surgery, Snow and Rock, and Runners Need
  • Risk assessment and emergency management planning
  • Support materials (itinerary, kit list, fact file, Q&As, health notes, travel tips, responsible travel policy and guidance)
  • All challenge management before, during and post event
  • Travel to and from the hostel (coaches/minibuses will be provided by Barclays from either Radbroke Hall or 1CP London)
  • Dinner on the first evening
  • Breakfast before the challenge, packed lunch and drinking water and evening meal on the challenge day
  • Breakfast on the final morning
  • Qualified mountain leaders, cycling leaders & mechanics and kayak instructors
  • All equipment hire including mountain bikes, helmets, open top kayaks and life jackets. You are welcome to bring your own mountain bike and helmet if you wish
  • Group first aid supplies
  • Accommodation during the challenge (usually same-sex dormitories) for two nights
