London Royal Parks Challenge: Trek challenge to UK

London Royal Parks Challenge

Challenge yourself to either a 10 or 20 mile trek between some of London's Royal Parks. This epic route will take you across historic parkland and beautiful green spaces, while passing some of the finest architecture in London. From Richmond Park, along the banks of the River Thames, passing iconic Westminster and Buckingham Palace, before ending at Tower Bridge.

Pay a non-refundable registration fee of £35.00 when you book.

Raise a minimum of £250.00 for Trekstock.

In Detail

Minimum sponsorship option

You will be required to pay the non-refundable registration fee of £35.00 at the time of booking and raise a minimum amount of sponsorship, £250.00 for Trekstock. You should send your sponsorship money to Trekstock as you raise it. At least 60% of the minimum sponsorship required (£150.00) must be sent to the charity 4 weeks before departure (by 21/04/2024), and the remaining 40% (£100.00) within 4 weeks of completing the challenge (by 16/06/2024). If you have raised the necessary funds, Trekstock will then pay the balance of your expedition costs (which will not exceed 49% of the minimum sponsorship target). The charity benefits by keeping the remaining sponsorship money and every pound over and above that you raise.

The details

Fundraising deadlines

You will need to send your sponsorship money to the charity as you raise it. At least 60% of the minimum sponsorship required must be sent to the charity 4 weeks before departure (by 21/04/2024), and the remaining 40% within 4 weeks of completing the challenge (by 16/06/2024). If you have raised the necessary funds, the charity will then pay the balance of your challenge costs. The charity benefits by keeping the remaining sponsorship money and every pound over and above that you raise.

Raising the sponsorship

Every day in the UK, 34 young adults are diagnosed with cancer, and we're the only charity that offers tailored support to this age group of cancer patients. We work to tackle social isolation and improve quality of life through and beyond their treatment, by getting young adults in their 20s or 30s moving again physically, socially and psychologically.
