THE DETAILS

RAISING THE SPONSORSHIP

I am taking part in the gruelling Snowdon Triple Challenge 2024 for The Arete Foundation. This is a 15km trek up Snowdon, 17km cycle through lake shore of Llyn Padarn, followed by a 4km kayak around Llyn Padarn... all in one day!

Why am I doing this?

Many young people find themselves on the wrong path in life due to a range of difficult circumstances, often outside of their control. Without the support and hard work of charities, it’s a path they struggle to escape.

The Arete Foundation provides funding and support to charitable organisations that help young people in the North West to fulfil their potential. Since founding the Foundation in November 2021 we have provided £251,000 to a variety of amazing causes, and with your help we can continue to build on this and continue to make a difference to lives.

This year the Arete Foundation want to raise enough money to pay to support an amazing North West Charity called the Inclusive Hub.

The Inclusive Hub started in 2016 and provides a range of facilities to help young people with autism, downs syndrome, amputees, wheelchair users and behavioural needs. The goal is to provide support and to empower these young people through exercise and education. All money raised will help the Inclusive Hub further develop their facilities and continue to provide a lifeline to so many people, who without the Hub, would have no-where else to support them.

Thank you so much for all of your support.
