Important information about the Marari Beach Extension extension
Enjoy 3 days and nights at a beautiful 4* resort on the beach to unwind, relax, try traditional Ayurvedic massages and treatments and soak up some sun after your efforts on the cycle challenge.
Day 10 - say goodbye to your group and transfer by minivan to the Marari Beach Resort and spa. As a CGH Earth resort, the concept is to connect the guest with their surroundings as much as possible including nature, community and ecology and all CGH Earth resorts are designed to be as ecologically friendly as possible, recycling their own paper, harvesting their own fresh water and in some cases growing their own vegetables. At Marari Beach, the resort is set in a small fishing community which remains remarkably unaffected by the presence of the resort and where life carries on as normal. The beach itself is an endless stretch of golden sand and in the mornings and evenings, you can watch the fishermen loading their small wooden boats and casting off to find their catch. In the resort itself, you will find traditional cane roofs throughout as used by the locals. The excellent facilities include large, comfortable villas set in luch gardens with en suite, open air bathrooms, several restaurants serving a mixture of delicious Keralan and international cuisine, a dedicated seafood restaurant, a shop, a full size swimming pool and poolside bar and restaurant, a fully equipped spa, two tennis courts and of course, the private beach. You could choose to go on a long walk or cycle ride or just simply relax with a yoga session or by the pool. The most remarkable thing about this resort is the friendly and helpful staff, who are all specially trained to ensure you have the most relaxing and enjoyable stay at their resort. After arriving, you will be given a welcome drink and shown to your villa after which you can begin to unwind. (B, D)
Day 11 and 12 - Continue relaxing and improving your tan. Perhaps have a refreshing Ayurvedic massage in the spa or begin and end the day with a session of yoga and/or meditation with a qualified practitioner. (B, D)
Day 13 - After an early check out, you will be transferred back to Kochi International Airport for your flight back to the UK arriving later that same day. (B)

- 3 nights accommodation ON TWIN/DOUBLE SHARE BASIS in a garden villa at the Marari Beach Resort* - please note that a compulsory single supplement of £390 is payable if you cannot share a room
- Breakfast and dinner on each day
- All transfers to the resort and then back to the airport

- Personal expenses (ie: gifts, extra soft drinks or alcohol, laundry etc)
- Activities such as cycling, tennis or tours of the local town
- Any tips for local team (guides, drivers etc.)
Please note that this extension is subject to minimum numbers and flight availability and should be booked no later than 10 weeks prior to departure. In some cases, a surcharge may need to be applied in which case we will inform you prior to confirming your booking.
