How to fund your challenge

This page provides you details of the costs of your challenge.

The costs below are per person.

HOW TO FUND YOUR CHALLENGE

SELF FUNDER
Pay a registration fee of £395.00 when you book and then the balance of £855.00* ten weeks before your challenge.

You are asked to raise a minimum of £750 for the 11 Foundation.

* Please note the cost of the challenge is based on a group of more than 60 participants. If the group is smaller, the balance of challenge costs is as follows: 40-50 = £975, 51-60 = £905. We will let you know 12 weeks before departure if the small group supplement is necessary.

Before you go

On your challenge

• Bespoke route(s), designed and risk assessed specifically for your event
• All pre-event planning, admin and online sign-up facility
• Detailed route info, online maps, gps data and route profiles
• Booking platform and participant account area
• Accommodation during the challenge (in twin share)
• Three meals a day (unless otherwise stated in the itinerary)
• All on ride drinks snacks & energy products
• Harwich – Hook of Holland ferry crossing
• Support vehicle(s) and full mechanical support
• Daily luggage transfer & return bike transfers to the UK
• Professional ride support & guidance from our expert ride leaders, all first aid trained
• Speed groups to suit all riding abilities
• Internal transfers (unless otherwise stated in the itinerary
• Full back-up support including first-aid qualified staff and first-aid supplies

Travel insurance

Your safety when travelling with Charity Challenge is our main concern, which is why it is a booking condition that you have a suitable travel insurance policy, which covers you for the adventurous nature of your  challenge, the activities you are undertaking, and the altitudes. We have chosen to partner with specialist travel insurance providers Campbell Irvine, who offer cover for an extensive number of adventurous activities. Cover is available directly from Campbell Irvine for most European residents and includes cover for emergency medical and repatriation and for your cancellation or curtailment of the challenge.
