And we’re off! Begin by riding out of the beautiful coastal city which gives the day its spectular views overlooking the Atlantic. Test yourself on the first day in the Pyrenees where you will cross into France. Recharge overnight in a hotel before the push on southwards tomorrow.
Today you have the option of a flatter and shorter or longer route with a mountain pass. Both will have stunning views of the Pyrenees and takes in roads made famous by the Tour de France. Today you will have the chance to tackle the world famous Col du Tourmalet. Overnight hotel.
You will continue along the Pyrenees where you will climb to sensational vistas which makes the pain worthwhile! Today you will again take on mythical roads from the Tour de France. Overnight hotel.
Today is another split day, drawing riders east along the spine of the Pyrenees. You will have the option of a shorter easier route, or a tougher hillier ride. If you choose the tougher route, you will attach the famous Col du Port. Overnight hotel.
A fantastic last day of riding where you will head to gorgeous Girona to finish off this memorable week. Overnight hotel.
After breakfast you will be transferred to Barcelona airport or the city centre if you decide to spend some time in the Catalana capital before flying home.
